With Valade et associés since 2014, Charles knows every aspect of the judicial bailiff profession, both in the field and behind the scenes. Since June 1, 2026, he has served as president of the firm, leading a team of more than 25 people, and oversees the administration of the practice, its growth and human resources management with rigour and efficiency.
A judicial bailiff since 2018, Charles earned the top mark in his cohort on the professional examination of the Quebec Chamber of Judicial Bailiffs. Long in charge of business development, he played a key role in acquiring new clients and in the practice's technological evolution: digital tools, the JuriWeb client platform, the integration of artificial intelligence… many of these innovations bear his signature.
A trainer, an outstanding communicator and a true enthusiast of the profession, Charles is deeply involved in sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and ensuring our clients' satisfaction. Charles puts the person before the employee and leads his teams with respect and empathy. He has many strings to his bow, including a bachelor's degree in mathematics and actuarial science as well as strong skills in technology and sales. Charles may not be handy with a hammer and a screwdriver, but he is very handy with figures and letters!
