From 1989 to today
Our firm’s history goes back nearly three decades and was born of the professional ambition of Luc Valade, judicial bailiff. Over the years, we have built a solid reputation with our clients, both in the service of documents, the enforcement of judgments and bailiff’s reports. Over the years, we have consistently diversified and improved our services to reflect the new realities of our profession, the new challenges of the market and the needs of our clients.
Inspired by the accomplishments of the past, fuelled by the adrenaline of the present moment, our vision is turned toward an optimistic future, marked by succession and lasting continuity.
The scope of our services
Our judicial bailiffs extend their expertise well beyond the boundaries of Montreal. The territory served directly by our bailiffs comprises nearly 250 municipalities on the outskirts of Greater Montreal.
Thanks to their network of contacts and to international conventions, our bailiffs are also able to have a procedural document served almost anywhere on the planet.
