To easily complete the “Instruction sheet: Enforcement of judgment” form (blue box), make sure you have gathered as much information as possible about your debtor’s assets, their residential and/or business address, and any other information that could be useful to our work.
To mandate our firm to enforce a judgment, please complete this form as precisely as possible and attach a copy of the judgment or of the enforceable procedural document.
