The vehicles listed and described below are being sold by private-agreement judicial sale. To take part in the sale of one or more vehicles, use the web form below and follow the corresponding instructions.

Make an offer

Select the vehicle you want, fill in your contact information and submit your offer amount in Canadian dollars directly in the web form.

View the vehicles

The vehicles are stored at Remorquage Météor, 9405 boulevard St-Michel, Montréal (Québec) H1Z 4G9.

Potential buyers may visit on the Wednesdays preceding the judicial sale, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., to view and inspect the vehicle for sale.

Sale and award

Sales take place every Thursday at 12 p.m.

Once the deadline for receiving offers has passed, the successful bidder who submitted the highest offer will be contacted by a member of our team.

Important conditions

Sales are made without any legal warranty, at the buyer’s own risk.

The accepted offer must be commercially reasonable within the meaning of section 761 C.C.P.

Payment and pickup

The successful bidder must send payment for the vehicle within one hour of the award, by Interac e-Transfer to virements@valade.net or by coming directly to our offices.

A sales contract is then emailed to the buyer for signature. As soon as payment and the signed contract are received by our firm, the vehicle is released to the buyer.

The successful buyer must pick up the vehicle the same day before 4 p.m. at the storage site. Otherwise, daily storage fees of $28.74 are charged by Remorquage Météor for each day of delay.
