Luc Valade is something of our compass when it comes to the enforcement of judgments. Gifted with wisdom and deep knowledge, he founded Valade et associés in 1989 and has more than 43 years of experience as a judicial bailiff. Whenever a situation looks complex or a mandate falls outside the ordinary, he is often the one we turn to for the right answer.
Still active at the office and sometimes in the field, Luc now works alongside his son Charles, who serves as president of the firm. He continues to share his knowledge, train new bailiffs, and make sure everything runs with rigour and efficiency. We also owe him several tools we take pride in, including the very first licence-plate recognition system (SRPI) for the Denver Boot Operation (wheel-clamp), on top of being a recognized trainer and speaker in the field.
If you ever have a technical or legal question, or simply want to understand a process, know that Luc is approachable and always ready to share his experience, with clarity, precision and often a good touch of humour peppered with anecdotes about the bailiff's trade.
